Zumix is a community arts program dedicated to providing youth an outlet for their creative energy. Born out of the outcry of record breaking teen homicides in Boston, this group has been around since the early 90's. Providing everything from traditional music lessons to hands on experience with the latest in musical technology, Zumix is a neighborhood gem. It was recognized by the Boston Foundation for 'best practice for teen centered environment'. Zumix radio is 1630AM or you can stream it by clicking here.
